Brand

Brand settings define the starting appearance of new visual email designs. Set them once so your team starts from a consistent identity instead of repeating the same adjustments in every email.

Open Settings → Brand with Brand read permission. Saving requires Brand write; choosing a new logo also requires Media read. Content and Marketing can view Brand; Administration can edit it. Workspace permissions do not replace the library’s own capabilities.

Set your organization details

Open Settings → Workspace and use the Organization information section to enter the organization name, website, postal address, contact email, social links and corporate note. Emails that inherit these details use them in the corporate footer and logo link. Empty fields are omitted. The internal workspace name is separate.

The corporate footer block and its layout are configured in the email design editor. Organization information does not replace the sending system’s consent and unsubscribe mechanisms or verify a sending domain or email address.

In Settings → Brand, choose Choose logo to select or upload an image through the media library. The logo area shows a preview, or an empty state when no logo is selected. Choose Change logo to replace it.

Set the logo dimensions in the email design editor. The organization name also describes the logo where applicable.

Removing the logo from Brand does not delete its library file. If a publication already uses it, that version retains its image.

Set the default styles

You can configure:

  • The primary color, outer email background and content background.
  • Primary and secondary text colors.
  • Body and heading fonts.
  • Button and email container corner styles.

Review the desktop and mobile previews. They show the complete email, including organization information inherited from Workspace. Fonts include fallbacks: the final appearance can vary with the fonts supported by the recipient’s email client.

Save and check the result

Valid changes save automatically when you pause editing. Wait for Saved in the page app bar. On desktop, the bar is inside the right settings pane. If saving fails, choose Retry; the error details and your changes remain in the form. Then create a visual email design to check how the brand defaults are applied.

Changes provide the starting point for new email designs. They do not replace customizations or rewrite versions you have already published. To change an existing email, open its email design, review its styles and publish a new version.

If someone else saved changes while you were editing, reload the settings and review the current version before saving again.
