Plans, billing and usage
Marketing and Transactional have separate assignments and sending allowances within the same workspace. Team resources such as members, brand, email designs and images are shared.
Viewing prices, payments and subscriptions requires Read billing. Purchasing, changing or cancelling also requires Manage billing. Owners have these permissions; no ordinary preset includes them by default. Custom can provide finance-only access without contacts or campaigns.
Read usage is independent: it returns quantities, reservations, limits and operational capabilities without prices, commercial allocations, contracts or payments. Analysis, Marketing, Administration and Developer include usage by default.
Review each product’s assignment
Open Settings → Billing. Review Marketing and Transactional separately: assigned plan, status and, where applicable, period end and renewal.
Every workspace starts on permanent Free, without a card or checkout: 100 total contacts, 10 email designs, 5 segments, 3 draft automations, one member and 25 MB of Media. Import contacts and prepare content. Free includes 20 test emails per day and 100 per month per workspace to authorized Contacts, capped at 40 per day and 200 per month per account. Authorize up to 3 additional addresses, separate from the verified owner address. Additional addresses must confirm by email; this does not grant marketing consent. Free cannot send Marketing campaigns to audiences, schedule Broadcasts or activate Automations.
Check the limits shown for the current plan; do not assume a website price or proposal is an effective assignment in your workspace.
Understand usage and reservations
Open Settings → Usage to see:
- Marketing and Transactional sends, separately.
- All retained contacts, including archived, unsubscribed and suppressed profiles.
- Shared members and seats reserved by invitations.
- Root email designs, segments, automations and Media (decimal MB/GB; 5,000,000 bytes maximum per file).
Used represents counted consumption or resources. Reserved is capacity committed to pending operations. Available subtracts both where a limit applies.
A send consumes one unit when the transport accepts it. Suppression or a known failure releases its reservation; an uncertain outcome can retain it. Later delivery does not consume another unit.
Pending invitations reserve seats, and suspended members still occupy seats. Shared member limits use the largest current product allowance rather than adding allowances together.
Check the usage period
Sending allowances reset on day 1 of every month at 00:00 UTC, with no rollover. This period is separate from a subscription’s anniversary.
Changing plans, renewing or canceling does not reset the month’s usage. If a limit drops below existing usage, data is retained and new admissions that exceed capacity are blocked.
Identify test operations
Implemented billing runs in local simulation or PayPal Sandbox, depending on environment configuration. Live charges and tax invoicing are not available.
The screen identifies the mode. Simulation controls let you try operations without charging money. Sandbox requires a test buyer account; PayPal approval alone does not enable access: Sendiro must verify payment on the server.
Review Operation history and Payments before starting another operation. If an operation requires server review or remains pending, check its status; returning to the browser is not proof of payment.
Cancellation and additions
Supported cancellations preserve access until the end of the confirmed period. They do not delete resources or remove recorded usage.
Select one recurring monthly expansion with paid Marketing: +5,000 for USD 5, +10,000 for USD 9, +25,000 for USD 19, +50,000 for USD 35 or +100,000 for USD 59. It replaces the previous package and only changes sends and the monthly total. The selector recommends a cheaper configuration covering at least the selected capacities, showing savings, resulting emails and additional capacity. All prices are USD/month, excluding taxes. Automatic overage purchases are not available. When a limit is reached, identify the affected product before changing its capacity.
When paid Marketing ends, Free applies while retaining resources and owner access. Over-quota workspaces cannot grow, but data and members are retained. Archiving a design, segment or automation prevents new uses and requires resolving dependencies; restoration checks capacity again. PayPal plan/package revisions require buyer approval and display the next-cycle effective date and total; the server retains the confirmed allocation until it verifies the new payment.
Test content with a Contact
In Contacts, manage personalization and address authorization for tests. Creating or importing a Contact does not authorize tests. The verified owner address is authorized by default; Create a contact with my email only creates a profile after your action and counts toward the plan limit. You can also withdraw this authorization.
In an Email design, use Send test to choose an authorized Contact, review personalization and complete missing fields before confirming. In an Automation, use Test messages to inspect one path, explicitly choose alternatives and send up to 5 messages in order. Business actions and waits are omitted; the actual automation is not activated or executed. This does not certify triggers or timing.
Confirmation freezes the design, path and data. Later edits do not change the content; changing the email, withdrawing authorization or losing access blocks delivery. Tests have their own allowance on every plan: pending messages reserve capacity, accepted messages consume one unit, and uncertain outcomes retain their reservation. Retry only recovers known failures and never resends an accepted message. Provider acceptance is not delivery; simulation is identified explicitly. Authorization requests have separate limits: 5/day and 20/month per workspace, 10/day and 40/month per account, up to 3 per address per day. Links expire in 24 hours and resending requires a 60-second wait.
