Analytics
Open Analytics to inspect workspace results. Counters aggregate stored data and separate Marketing from Transactional; they are not calculated from the first activity rows.
Select what to compare
Choose all time, last 7 or 30 days, current month or a custom range. Dates are UTC and include both selected days. Periods filter Sendiro acceptance time: an open received later counts if its message belongs to that cohort.
Filter mode by all, provider or simulation to distinguish local tests from real email. Select a broadcast, automation or email ID; only one context is allowed at a time. Keep period and mode equal when comparing results.
Understand stages
- Accepted: Sendiro admitted the message and reserved capacity.
- Submitted: transport accepted the send; delivery may still be pending.
- Delivered: a delivery observation exists, without an inbox placement guarantee.
- Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes: restrictive signals to review before future sends.
- Opens and clicks: interaction observations affected by privacy, preloading and mail client behavior.
- Uncertain outcome: provider acceptance could not be determined; do not treat this as permission to repeat the send.
States and observations can change as events arrive. Metrics do not reset quotas or modify original monthly reservations. A selection without matches shows zeros; a query failure shows unavailability.
Inspect reception health
The event reception panel covers the whole workspace and is independent of report filters. It shows pending work, retries, blocked work and lag signals. No evidence means no new receipts have been recorded; it does not demonstrate working reception.
An owner or administrator can inspect receipts and request recovery with a reason after correcting the cause. Recovery reprocesses persisted events without sending email again or recovering notifications that were never saved. Provider authentication failures require operator review.
Investigate individual messages
During beta, use the API to inspect a message’s status and events, as described in the Email activity guide. Broadcast details may show only part of their activity; do not use that list as the delivery total. For consumption, see Billing and usage.
